Surprised in a good way
We booked this cruise not sure if we’d enjoy or not but felt it was a good way to tour the fjords without having to organise many journeys around the area.
The minute we arrived at the North Shields terminal we were impressed by the organised boarding process - no queues, lots of staff to guide everyone to where they should be . Then as soon as we boarded the ship we felt really comfortable, the ship was spotlessly clean, well maintained and beautifully furnished.
It seems the Fred Olsen team have thought of everything and gone beyond to provide a lovely escape.
It feels a very safe environment, and not crowded, the atmosphere was very friendly and civilised. I think it’s such a safe way to travel whether as a couple or single. Very relaxing .
The food was amazing whether in the main restaurant or in the buffet, everything is so well organised, the staff are exceptional they work as a team and it really makes a difference.
I could not fault anything.
