Ordered a few items 19th May and still haven’t received them. Evri tracking is saying they’re still waiting for the parcel. Brought it to the attention of customer services 23rd, got a short reply later that day, sorry about that, let us know if you haven’t got the parcel by Weds. emailed again yesterday and no reply.
