Beware no compensation from this Bank…

Starling has made a ruling that they will not reimburse to me money that was fr paid out for an investment with a stock broker who turned out to be a scam artist. I am a little disturbed by this because how else can I invest if not via my own Bank?
Basically I feel they are wrong on this point. It is Starling making things up as they go along, just to suit them.
Not even offered right to question. Not offered the rights to refer to the FOS.

You are only sorry when you pay out what is due for scams made on your customers otherwise you are not sorry at all.
