I have returned an item. It arrived unwearable. From the delivery receipt you have received it. But you have not refunded. You have also charged for delivery which is unfair as the item should never of been sent. There should have been some quality control check as the item was creased but not normal creasing it looks like it was crushed and the creases were very old. I have never experienced this level of poor service it is by far the worst item I have received from a company.
