Impossible to contact them. A waste of time trying.
Received an email alert today notifying me that my subscription to JME.TV streaming channel was going to be renewed in thirty days and my bank credit card account charged $250.00 plus tax. A link in their email to edit or cancel a subscription took me to a blank page displaying the JME.TV logo. Nothing else. A search of customer reviews on line tells the whole story about this disreputable company operating out of the low rent district in Amsterdam, Holland. How can an internationally respected broadcast company like NHK TV, who is the provider of JME.TV programming continue to use this piratical Cleeng scam? Avoid signing up with them at ALL costs. I’m hoping my credit card bank will block their upcoming charge.
