If I could give a 0-star review, I would. I purchased Facetune through the Google Play app. The price listed was $39.99/year. I have an email confirmation post purchase that it's $39.99/year. From the moment the free trial ended and the subscription kicked in (Mar 2025) the company has been charging me $27 per MONTH! Once I realized this was happening, I contacted them for a partial refund for what I'd been overcharged. They gaslit me and instead of responding to the actual issue, said I wasn't entitled to the refund due to COMPLETELY UNRELATED terms. They stated they had the right to increase the fees for the product but the terms said they would notify us before doing so. This was not done. I cancelled immediately and filed a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! They will find reasons to overcharge you and try to gaslight you if you demand they stick to the terms of the agreement and refund you what they've taken!
