I was sceptical at first, never used this service before. The website was a bit clunky for the modern age, no on screen confirmation after payment. When I didn't receive an email in my primary inbox I started to wonder whether I'd been conned. After contacting customer support they sent me a confirmation and I later found the original email in my Spam mail.

From then on in the experience was great, the driver, Sophia arrived to our Rhodes hotel bang on time and phoned to say she was waiting outside. A half hour very chatty trip to Rhodes airport ensued.

I'd definitely consider using Connecto transfers again. I'm not sure it was any cheaper than a local taxi but paying upfront gives some peace of mind and it worked out on this occasion
