Customer Service - I can quite honestly say that Sew Essential deliver the most amazing customer service ever - I have been dealing with them since 2022 and its been a total dream!. I placed an order for a Brother 3000 Overlocker and a couple of other things on Saturday and they arrived today - totally amazing - it couldnt have been quicker if they had popped into the boot of one their cars and driven it down here. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they truly care about their customers and customer satisfaction. There are so so many company's that could learn a lot from them.
