The worst customer service. They are just shouting at me and not processing the refund for the item I have not received. They say it has been delivered to the wrong address but are not giving any timeline on when it will be delivered. Not sure till when they expect me to wait, without them confirming the time of delivery how long am I supposed to wait to order the item from a different vendor. They have the worst customer support process
