I bought a Breitling watch from Mike in what was a very pleasant and straightforward transaction. The watch however, subsequently proved to have a problem that turned out to be with the automatic winding mechanism. Once I had convinced Mike that the watch did indeed have an issue and required a service, we quickly agreed upon a mutually acceptable solution. Ultimately the winding mechanism issue was resolved and I now have a great watch. Many thanks.
