V poor especially after M&S was hacked

V poor especially after M&S was hacked. Months reward vouchers have been postponed to months later in receiving. Statement not update with points. Vouchers given for delay not useful to customers who do not live nearby to use and secondly do not buy the products vouchers were given.
V disappointed will not be using card till reward vouchers given

Hi Carol. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. I do appreciate how valuable the Rewards you receive are, and how frustrating the time that M&S Plc were managing a Cyber Incident was for you. I am sorry that during this time the Reward system wasn't functioning as usual.
The good news is that the that Rewards are now up and running again and points have been backdated, you'll also be able to check your points balance as usual.
