Had the most incredible time in the Algarve with Workout Away!! Emily and Chris are the absolute dream team, they go beyond the extra mile for their guests. The workouts were tough, but fun and the sunrise paddleboarding was so stunning - I was a little nervous for it, but with Emily and Chris's support (and the rest of the lovely retreaters!) I found my confidence.
This was truly such an amazing experience, would 100% book another Workout Away retreat! If you're thinking about it, do it!
