Ruben's team is amazing in helping us maintaine the boiler! We used to use BG's insurance provider, two years ago they identified a hole in the steam box therefore shut down my boilder a couple of days before Christmas and asked us to replace it, saying the boiler is too old and the component can't be found. Luckily we found Luna Gas somehow and they sent a team member in 2 days and told us that although we can't find the same component marked as BG, it is exactly the same as the other big brand, therefore the steam box from the big band can be used on my old BG boilder. This was ordered and replaced in 3 days and my Christmas is back! Since then, Luna Gas has been doing annual service of my boiler and it has been working all fine since then! Really great service and will recommendate its service to the others.
