Researched to find an Eco friendly…
Researched to find an Eco friendly cruelty free and ODOURLESS emulsion paint for bedroom. This appeared to claim above. However not only was it very expensive at over £90 per 5L can ( I needed 2 ) the smell in the room was fairly strong. Advised Earthborn and they claimed it was likely from the environment “off gassing”. Bizarre statement as not possible in my home/room as no other chemicals or paints used and the room was fresh aired, no furniture or carpets. Ironically I used another brand to thereafter paint skirting and it barely had any smell which they usually do. Would not recommend this paint or the companies customer service.

After receiving your complaint, our laboratory reviewed the retained sample from the same batch and confirmed it met all quality and performance standards, meaning there were no issues found with the paint itself. We appreciate that odour perception can vary depending on environmental conditions, ventilation, and surrounding materials, and while this is uncommon with our products, it can occasionally occur for reasons outside the paint formulation.
As the batch was verified as compliant, any further support should be arranged through your retailer, who can liaise with us if needed.
