Wasted my time with poor quality descriptions on the website.
The item isn't what you thought you were purchasing when it arrives and you have to spend time returning and complaining.
Just buy it from a trusted retailer don't waste time with Zoro the small saving you think you're getting doesn't exist

I am sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with the goods purchased. If your order arrived within the last 30 days, you can raise a request to return them for a refund.
As Zoro UK has now ceased trading, any requests can be raised through your online account. Our phone lines will be closing on 28th November.
