The goods that I ordered haven’t yet

The goods that I ordered haven’t yet been delivered.
The message is ‘We’re sorry that it hasn’t been delivered. We’re working to get it’s on its way on the next walking day and we’ll let you know when it’s on its way once it out for delivery.’
I have waited for a few days for this delivery and I need to post it for Christmas.
