I ordered 2 large appliance and a small wooden Ornament. They all arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the ornament was damaged, these things happen, so I emailed and got a reply very quickly from Celine who sent a link to post it back free of charge for a replacement. I received an email when the new one was posted out and I received it very quickly along with a chocolate bar. Happy customer and very professional service
