The order was very quickly processed (to be sent from US to Romania) and even though I had encountered a small issue with DHL, that was tackled in great efficiency and kindness by the Customer Experience Team. Despite the order being placed around Thanksgiving in US, the issue was quickly solved and it only took a few days for the package to arrive (around 4 days in all, as clearly stated on the website). Would definitely order again, in full confidence! The lipsticks I got are incredible (bisou balm, plume lip) and exactly what I was dreaming of. For velvety matte fans, you will adore them!
