I was emailed by DHL that my delivery would arrive on 09/12/25 by 20:00
FAILED to arrive
Then emailed from DHL that it would arrive on 10/12/25 by 20:00
FAILED to arrive
Then emailed from DHL that it would arrive on 11/12/25 between 15:25 and 17:25
FAILED to arrive
I then rescheduled the delivery to 15/12/25 and it finally arrived on 15/12/25
Absolutely terrible delivery and customer service I have received no apologies whatsoever from DHL for missing THREE delivery slots arranged by them. Will not be ordering anything in the future from companies that use DHL
