Rubbish service, ordered bat on 12th Dec and according to the website delivery 1-2 days, nothing heard by 17th. Tried to call, just answerphone, sent message and email and received response with the order details saying the item was removed and then re added. Then another response saying delivery 1-2 days followed by yet another saying 24-48 working hours, whatever that is. Rang again and told the item had been delayed but to be in the post and fast tracked same day (18th) with Royal Mail tracking available, now 19th and still no update. But an email saying the item would be sent once they had received stock. BUYER BEWARE, AVOID!
