The bus broke down on the way to London.
On a postive note, a replacement bus got us to the venue just in time for the start of the concert. The drivers were courteous and the hotel was very good.
On the other hand we waited 4 hours for the replacement bus at Peterborough services.
I had to cancel the reserved restaurant table I had booked and forfeited the £60 deposit. Tried to claim compensation but told no because it was booked outside of JustGo holidays, which is ridiculous because the breakdown is their fault. Not even an offer of an ex-gratia payment. In their terms and conditions, breakdown is an exclusion so wonder how often that happens. Also only offer food/drink payments if delay is 6 hours or more. Will not use again.
