Brilliant customer support. I'm just getting into crystals so brought the healing starter pack, to get an idea of what is good for me. Unfortunately one of the crystals was chipped and one was missing. Not a problem. Sent an email got a reply same day, and 2 days later replacements arrived. Excellent. Obviously I'd have liked it to be perfect at the start...but I believe this shows the company in better depth. And they are excellent. Thanks Holly ❤️
