Ordered a hamper at the end of November to be delivered for Christmas.
Hamper didn’t arrive, which was really disappointing, as it was a present. Tried phoning but was put on hold twice before being told there wasn’t anyone available. Email was answered eventually after Christmas, The apology seemed insincere and no compensation was offered. Received the hamper eventually, but it was too late for original purpose. I will never use this company again.
