Abysmal "service"

Abysmal "service", actually no service at all! I purchased enough self-balancing TRVs to do my entire house and I contacted support with a reasonable and detailed question on Oct 27th. After getting no response, I called twice and despite assurances that somebody would call me back, nobody ever did. I submitted a new request on Nov 7th and again nobody ever responded. On January 8th, I received a request to provide feedback on the "customer service" which at this point does not exist at all. I clicked the link to provide the feedback because, apparently they would "love to hear what I think of their customer service" but clearly they don't because the link took me to a page that said "This request is now closed.. Unfortunately, that means the ticket can no longer be rated."

Absolutely ignorant, dreadful service.
