No response to emails

My order arrived, but it is clearly faulty. I have now sent thee emails in an attempt to resolve this, but apart from the initial acknowledgement, nothing more. Extremely disappointed with what I understood was a reputable company. Thank you very much for your response. I am reassured that the issue is now being dealt with - my faith is restored.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.

You contacted us on 8th January to report that your item had arrived damaged, and we replied the same morning requesting photos so we could assist. We received the photos at the end of last week; however, we do not operate over weekends. Since reopening after the weekend, we have responded to you to arrange a collection and full refund.

We always aim to respond as quickly as possible and ask that customers allow up to 48 hours for a reply during working days. We’re sorry for any frustration caused by the timing, but we can confirm that the matter is now being resolved.
