Delivery late by 3 weeks and NO message…
Delivery was 3 weeks late with NO notification sent to advise of the delay. I sent an email enquiring about my order but received NO response at all. I will be returning all of my orders and will not be ordering from this company again.

At the time of ordering, your website clearly indicated pre-Christmas delivery. There was no indication that the item was out of stock. Had it been shown as out of stock, I would not have ordered both mats. I ordered one for each recipient specifically because I understood they would arrive in time for Christmas. Otherwise, I would have chosen a different design.
Your website banner also clearly stated that in-stock items would be delivered in time for Christmas, which unfortunately did not happen in this case.
I was later contacted by email regarding the order on Friday 9 January, which was well after Christmas. By that point, the issue had already arisen.
This situation is not acceptable, and my review reflects my experience.
