What a terrible experience
What a terrible experience. I have bought an Apple Watch strap which was faulty. I took it back to the shop and told that I get a refund within 1-3 days. It’s been now more than 3 weeks, I have contacted the company via WhatsApp & email multiple times, got reply that it’s being dealt with but I don’t see any progress. Absolutely appalling.
An update: it has been 4 weeks now since I am waiting for my refund. I would suggest to Amac to actually take an action in place of “copy-paste” generic reply to customer’s review.
