Not very impressed with lack of communication
Have taken collavegan for 2 months not noticed any difference to hair or nails but was going to stick with it for a while … until I noticed the capsules turning red ! They have been stored in a dry place in a drawer so no water ingress … I have contacted positive science but just a standard email reply from ‘Sandra’ we value your custom etc etc . Well you’re happy to take my money and on a monthly subscription but can’t be bothered to reply to what could be a potentially faulty batch . Not v impressed. I’ve had to the throw out half a pack .

Regarding the colour change you noticed: because Collavegan is made without artificial stabilisers, colourants or preservatives, the natural ingredients can occasionally show visual changes if exposed to warmth or humidity. This does not affect the quality, safety or effectiveness of the product, but we fully understand why you would want reassurance.
I’m also sorry that it took us longer than expected to follow up personally. We acknowledge all enquiries on receipt with a standard email, and then review each one individually. As a small UK business, response times can occasionally be a little longer than we’d like, but every message is read and handled with care (no chat bots or overseas call centres).
To resolve this properly, I’ve processed a full refund for your most recent order, and I’d also be very happy to send you a replacement pouch if you’d like, simply let us know.
