My sister booked an apartment with booking in france. They had roaches.

She still has the videos and photos.
She was forced to book another place to stay and until now booking has refused to refund her or even providing us with a case number or any email confirming that the issue is being dealt with.
Not only that but the apartment is still on the platform.

I've called so many times and once I reach an advisor they disconnect the call and do not help me at all. And the calls are not free since I'm calling to the UK.

I used to use booking for all my holidays but never again will any of us use it.
