I purchased a Redken shampoo from Eden Shop based on their claim that all products are 100% original. The item I received shows multiple clear packaging discrepancies compared to an original product (bottle color, cap design, missing batch/production code, missing serial number/barcode).

I contacted Eden Shop multiple times through customer service and provided clear photographic evidence. I never received a proper response, no resolution, and no refund of any kind. After an initial generic message, they completely stopped replying.

Selling products under an originality guarantee and then ignoring customer service requests when concerns are raised is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise caution when ordering from Eden Shop.
