They care about their products and their customers. I’ve been dealing with Kevin for well over 10 years and he is super helpful if you have a problem. Chief steamers are the best value on the market. I have a 6 year old unit that was neglected by employees and has sat in a corner for 3 years. I finally pulled it back out and ordered parts and had it back up and running in about 3 days (and at a very reasonable cost) My next steamer will be a Chief as well.
