Bought two TVs from them so far, and it's been a highly professional and excellent experience.

Second TV was for my sister, and despite it not being part of their service they went above and beyond to deliver it on time for my visit, so I could wall mount and install for her.

No issues at all, with delivery, quality or customer service. If it is a bit extra money over say, Amazon... It is actually worth it for that better service.
