Poor customer service
Shoes arrived quickly. Was sent two boxes and they wanted me to pay for two returns. Customer service incredibly poor. Unwilling rather than unable to help. Emails ignored and poor telephone communication. Returned all items as they shoes I wanted to keep were £20 cheaper elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. Our systems only allow for one label to be generated per order, and this is expressed in the T&Cs on our website. You are always welcome to use your own methods of returning parcels rather than our pre-paid label, if this is more cost effective to yourself. Our customer service team are here to help and will always do their best to resolve all queries. All customer queries received via email are responded to within 2 working days.
