Failed to fulfil order and not communicating

We ordered a music book with CDs in November. When it arrived, there were no CDs. We informed Presto immediately and their first reaction was a more polite version of "Tough - it's not available". We did not accept this and they did eventually agree to get hold of the CDs (which are available separately). But three months and many emails later, no CDs, no refund and they have stopped replying to emails. Next step is trading standards and the credit card provider to get our money back. It is easy for a company to appear to have good customer service but it is when something goes wrong that you really find out what they are like.

We have located your correspondence of which we are still working hard to obtain these CD's from the supplier as advised on emails to you keeping you in the loop. Many apologies for the delay - we shall do our very best to obtain the CD's for your order.
