Very poor service

Scheduled and paid (€55) for my 10am video call. No doctor commenced the call by 10.13am. Used the online Bot; no response. Rang the site number, was told someone would "ring" me back soon; no response. Rang again around 10.30am, was told I was being put through to a doctor; wasn't put through. Finally at 10.35am a doctor rang me. Doctor wasn't aware that Arret and Imodium have the same ingredients as he has asked me had I taken Imodium, and I countered I had taken Arret, he repeated his question, to which I told him the 2 drugs have the same ingredients
