"Disappointed with Waitrose customer service. Reported an issue and got a slow, unhelpful response with basic errors. Promised resolution, but just passed buck back to branch. Multiple emails led nowhere. Not prepared to visit branch - want customer service to do their job.

1/5 stars for customer service. Still loving Waitrose products, but service needs a serious boost.
