Faulty Album/Poor Picture Quality/Ghosted by Support Team
I ordered a photo album which arrived damaged, with what appeared to be glue on both the front and back of the hardcover. As this was intended to be a gift, I contacted Pixory several times to ask for assistance and attached photos showing the issue. Unfortunately, my emails were ignored and I never received a response regarding the problem.
The delivery time was also much longer than expected. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. I would not use this service again, and the photo quality isn’t the best - better of printing the photos yourself.
