I feel as though I'm communicating with a real person, which I am! Whenever I've needed to contact, I've had a response that demonstrates that what I've written has been read, understood and taken on board. No stock holding emails ever received. Incredibly supportive and the online exercise classes are great. You don't have to Zoom in if the time isn't convenient for you (it's not fo me) but they're all on YouTube
