Thank you for your feedback. We still offer free delivery on many invoices, as long as the invoice total is £300 or more and weighs less than 500g. Based on our 2023 delivery figures, 61% of invoices still qualified for free delivery.

We also offer collection from both offices. You can arrange to collect the item yourself or arrange for someone to collect on your behalf. As well as this, we can combine your invoices to total more than £300 so your parcel qualifies for free postage.
