I had an issue because someone used my account to order a phone online without my knowledge and it was sent to my house address and i got different calls so i walked into the nearest sky office thats lewisham shopping centre and i met a staff Ayo.
He was so helpful helping me get the right address to return the phone and also advised me to be more careful with scammers. He was very helpful and nice.
