Be wary of extreme charges for shipping.
Not happy at all gave the chance to fix and did nothing. I purchased a very light handbag for £26 and was charged £61 when I went to check out. They have a basic £25 charge to mail small items which they do not tell you until after you bid it’s only £7.80 for the shipping according to them however they have upkeep cost which is the other £18. I would not have bought if i was made aware beforehand.

All of our postage and shipping information is available on our website under ‘Buy’ and then ‘Payment and Shipping’, where we outline how delivery fees are calculated and when buyers may qualify for free postage. As noted on this page, our shipping charges are based not only on the courier cost itself but also on factors such as the size of the parcel and the buyer’s location.
While Royal Mail may charge a base rate for delivery, our in-house shipping service also includes additional operational costs. These include eco-friendly packaging materials, the development and maintenance of our integrated shipping systems, and the staffing required to carefully pack and dispatch items from our premises.
We appreciate that postage costs can sometimes be frustrating, particularly when purchasing smaller items, and we are always happy to provide further clarification.
