I spent an inordinate amount of time…

I spent an inordinate amount of time trying to book an experience as the web sites involved are not user friendly. The only good thing about the experience was the customer support team who did their best to help and succeeded in booking me on the activity of my choice. There has to be an easier, less frustrating way to manage bookings. It would also be helpful if you could see in advance the dates and times available.
