November 2025 - We were looking to replace our existing sofas but weren't impressed with the offerings of the major high street retailers so started looking for something a bit different and bespoke and that's when we stumbled upon Sofas and Stuff. We visited their Tunbridge Wells showroom and Jo Willett couldn't have been more helpful. The choice is extensive and lots of opportunity to achieve that bespoke look not just from fabric choice, but by changing accessories like feet, cushions, but also surprisingly the cushion heights and depth. A much appreciated feature for my 6'2 husband. I must admit it took a couple of visits to narrow down and finally make our choice but we got there.
The order was placed and we were told approx 12 weeks for delivery. They were ready slightly sooner which was a nice bonus. The delivery guys were great, very pleasant and very careful. Unpacked and placed all three sofas exactly where we wanted them and took all the packaging away with them.
Since then, we have really enjoyed our sofas. Lots of people have commented on how lovely they are and they are super comfy. Maintenance wise just as we were told we throw the cushions around and drop them on the floor to plump them up and they bounce back like new.
Although the sofas have a care protection package we enquired and were able to purchase some additional fabric from which we intend to make sofa protectors, to stop our puppy and grandchildren from being too heavy on the actual cushions. Won't be a problem when they are all a bit older but for now it's an added layer from spillages and muddy feet etc. And the fact that it matches is a bonus because it all blends in. Jo was very helpful in organising this for us.
All in all, a very good experience and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to friends and family.
