Ignore current customers
I cannot understand why Chill have positive reviews. I must just be unlucky. Of course they are eager and quick to talk when arranging insurance for the first time but any query I have had since has been almost completely ignored. I currently have tried holding a number of times, each over 15 mins, emailed 3 times now, manager rang me back once, couldn’t get me off the phone quick enough, promised me someone would call and no one has. So I’m back on the email again trying in vain for someone to respond. Shocking, one of the worse ever customer service experiences. Their business model seems to be, from my experience, put all resources into getting the business but nothing into responding to current customer queries. My insurance is up for renewal soon thank god, I'll never go back.
