Due to a family bereavement i totally forgot about the Voucher which we had been gifted from our Son therefore it had expired. After sending an email to Activity Superstore explaing my error, Rosie the wonderful Customer Service Advisor extended our voucher at no cost to us as a goodwill gesture.
