I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Wren Kitchens and feel compelled to share this as a formal complaint.
My original order included faulty products, which required replacement. While issues can happen, what has followed has been completely unacceptable. Despite Wren having full knowledge that our property is located on a red route — information that was clearly provided and successfully managed during the initial delivery — the replacement process has been mishandled from the start.
The delivery company Wren uses appears to have no coordination with Wren themselves. This has resulted in failed arrangements and confusion, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. Emails have gone unanswered, and there has been no meaningful effort to resolve the issue.
Customer service has been appalling throughout. There seems to be no accountability, no clear communication between teams, and no urgency to correct a problem that was not caused by us.
I would strongly urge Wren Kitchens to improve their internal communication and customer support processes. At present, the experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing.
