I attended Tesco feeling nervous and anxious but as soon as I was greeted by Rebecca she put me at ease straight away. She allowed me the chance to explain my medical history as well as she took on board all of my concerns.

Rebecca shared with me good information, advice with the wide knowledge to how the weight loss jab works. She shared the side effects of the three choices I had and we discussed the difference between mounjaro and wegovy and we discussed in length before i made my decision.

We planned my weight loss journey together as I took on board her recommendation about planning my food daily one day at a time.

I Left the assessment with a plan going forward, tips and advice and agreed date to when I was going to start the weight loss jab, and I confirmed my next appointment and booked into my diary.

During the assessments I felt listened to and most importantly I felt heard. Walking out of the consultation room I felt excited to my weight loss journey knowing I was not walking these steps alone and Rebecca would be there to support me face to face at a monthly appointment.
