I am extremely disappointed with this whole experience. I placed my order on March 6 and only received half of the items. The remaining products still haven’t arrived.
This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. The delivery service you’re using, DX Courier, is completely unreliable. For the past week, they’ve been giving me dates and then failing to deliver. I’ve had to reschedule 3–4 times already, and still no sign of the rest of my order.
This level of service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I will not recommend buying anything from Wilko or using DX Courier to anyone.
I expect an immediate resolution to this issue. Either deliver my remaining items without further delay or provide a full explanation and compensation for this inconvenience.
