Ordered on-line four items and advised would be delivered to South Shields store next day - Friday.
No messages Friday to say in store ready to collect and no messages Saturday. Called Halfords customer services Saturday who advised only two items in stock.
This is the third time this has happened to me. Obviously not the employees fault but Halfords inability to organise their website.
I needed those items Saturday but now this weekend is lost. Maybe if on such occasions Halfords were obliged to give a full refund in addition to providing the promised items they may then start acting a little more professionally.
Customer Service Centre couldn't even contact the store to discuss when delivery would be. Pathetic.
