Ordered a specific Tonie character on the 19th of January- product was a 2-3 week wait which was fine for my son's birthday on the 18th of March. Chased the order multiple times as updates kept going to ‘dispatch soon’ back to ‘1 week wait’ etc. They finally reassured me that on the 19th of March they would get the Tonie in stock and ship it- however even this could be changed due to ‘unexpected delays’ with the shipment- which is what they blamed the previous delays on.
20th of March came and they email me and tell me the product is discontinued and asked what I’d like them to do. I asked them to source the product from a different supplier which they have refused.

I’ve waited 8 weeks- so long the product I ordered has been discontinued and now to source it even second hand will cost me over double the amount paid! Do better than selling items you can’t source or supply and making customers wait an outrageous amount of time for!
